Our version look like this:

Would such a design be OK given that it satisfies the weight and dimension requirements? The vessel will always float and the water level will be somewhere at the vertical columns.
I think i understand what the rules intentions are, but I want to be sure I understand them correctly since "Mostly submerged" is a bit vague.
- Surface: The vehicle must float or use ground effect of the water. Mostly submerged/flying vehicles are forbidden for use as primary autonomous platform.
