  • VRX June Update

    VRX Teams,

We wanted to send everyone a quick update. We are excited for the inaugural Virtual RobotX (VRX) competition and looking forward to working with all of you on making the event a success. So far we have 18 teams registered from all over the world!

We are working hard to get our next release of the VRX software and competition documents (task descriptions and technical guide) out by the end of this month. We encourage you to participate in the open-source development which is available at the VRX Project Site where you will find the source code, documentation and tutorials. If you encounter problems or have suggestions, please submit an issue on the site so that we can work to address it.

The preliminary Task Descriptions and Technical Guide are available on the VRX Wiki as well as the VRX Forum. More details will be coming in our updated release at the end of June.

Again, looking forward to working with all of you in the coming months. Best of luck to all of you at RoboBoat this week.

    The VRX Technical Team:

    Carlos Aguero <[email protected]>

    Brian Bingham <[email protected]>

    Michael McCarrin <[email protected]>
